*** Cover Kit Only - Frame Not Included ***
12' X 30' Valance 5 Pc. combo fits a 10' X 30' high peak - "A" shaped canopy frame. The "extra 2 feet" is needed in order to cover a high peak (also know as "A" shaped) frame. The 5 Pc. combo includes a top cover - (2) side panels - (1) solid front door and (1) openening front door. Actual top cover that will be delivered is a 12' x 30'. The two extra feet is required to compensate for the rise in peak. Please refer to canopy diagrams below for proper measurements before ordering. Cover kit only - frame not included.
