Cut at 30' x 40' and finished to 29'6" x 39'6" after reinforcing the corners and edges - the tarp is big enough for commercial or residential projects. The silver poly tarp even protects against mold - mildew and rot. Plus - the 30' x 40' reflective tarp has a lightweight six-ounce material weight and is 12-mil thick to better guard against tears. Each tarp comes with rust-resistant grommets spaced every 18 inches along the perimeter to make it easy to tie down.
