14' X 20' Valance top cover fits a 12' X 20' high peak - "A" shaped canopy frame. The "extra 2 feet" is needed in order to cover a high peak (also know as "A" shaped) frame. This valance top cover fits our Party canopy and Adventure Canopy among other manufacturer brands. Actual tarp that will be delivered is a 14' x 20'. The two extra feet is required to compensate for the rise in peak. Sold as top cover only.
